What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Amerian Express and Solo. We also accept payments by Paypal. Please note that we can only accept payment by cheque if product is to be despatched once cheque has cleared,(please allow 10 working days). We cannot accept payment by any other means not mentioned above.
Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
We take your security very seriously so for your peace of mind all payments are processed using the highest level of security available.
What about privacy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We will only use it to tell you about changes in our services, or about special offers you might find interesting if you specifically choose to subscribe. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Do you accept international orders?
gonefishinguk.co.uk does not offer international services at this time but we are looking at this forthe future.
Can you send me a printed catalog?
No, we trade online only as this enables us to offer the best possible prices. This of course means that we sell out of numerous items each day, we do of course add lots more as well, but a printed catalog would be well out of date before it was even printed. It is possible to print out a catalogue yourself yousing the pdf catalogue writer on the home page.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Please select the shipping and Returns option on the home page for up to date carrier and postage costs.
What is your returns policy?
At gonefishinguk.co.uk, we want you to be happy every time you shop with us, so our returns policy is simple. For all items, (with the exception of sealed DVDs, videos and books) our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error or carrier damage.

Our powerful search engine makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. To find what you want you can type a keyword into the search box which appears at the top right of every catalog page, or click one of the Category links to the left of each page to find an item by Manufacturer or by price. What if I you don't have my item?
If you have looked through our catalog and have been unable to find the item that you are looking for, we are still able to help you. Just email us and we will let you know whether the item can be sourced for you.
